This chili sin carne comes together in just one pot but feeds many mouths. Serve with Mexican-style side dishes.

Slice the leek and bell pepper into strips and mince the garlic and chili. Lightly sauté the vegetables and Beanit® chunks in oil in the pot. Add the crushed tomatoes, water, bean salsa and rinsed quinoa.
Measure the spices into the pot and let it simmer under a lid for approximately 15–20 minutes until the quinoa is cooked. Serve with mashed avocado, creme fraiche and nachos.
