Hash, what a great food to make when you have left-over vegetables and potatoes from the day before. Sizzling hot!
Dice the potatoes and chop up the spring onions and add to the pan. Add spices, sundried tomatoes and Beanit® chunks. Fry in oil until the hash is a beautiful crispy golden brown. Finally, add lemon juice to taste.
Serve with fried eggs and garlic mayonnaise, if you prefer.
