Lemon and honey Beanit® hash

Hash, what a great food to make when you have left-over vegetables and potatoes from the day before. Sizzling hot!

Beanit-pyttipannu -resepti

 7 boiled potatoes
 3 spring onions
 2 tbsp oil
 salt and black pepper from a grinder
 0.50 tsp turmeric
 0.50 tsp paprika
 0.50 dl sundried tomatoes
 250 g Beanit® Fava bean chunks, savoury lemon (1 packet = 250 g)
 0.50 juice of a lemon
Serve with:
 2-4 fried eggs
 fresh parsley
 lemon cut into wedges
 garlic mayonnaise

Dice the potatoes and chop up the spring onions and add to the pan. Add spices, sundried tomatoes and Beanit® chunks. Fry in oil until the hash is a beautiful crispy golden brown. Finally, add lemon juice to taste.

Serve with fried eggs and garlic mayonnaise, if you prefer.
