The green pizza features pesto sauce and green toppings. The kale crisps up beautifully on the pizza.
The recipe makes one baking tray or two round pizzas.
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Mix in the other ingredients and knead the dough until it is springy. Let it rise under a dish towel. Roll out the dough until it is the size of the baking tray or make two round pizza bases. Place onto a baking sheet.
Spread the pesto onto the base. Add the Beanit® chunks, artichokes, feta crumble, kale and grated cheese.
Bake at 225 degrees for around 10 minutes.
