Breakfast fry-up

A proper breakfast is a must on the weekend. Fry some mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and beans to accompany the Beanit® Fava bean chunks. Heat up your frying pan and make some coffee!

Ingredients

 250 g Beanit® Fava bean chunks, savoury lemon (1 packet = 250 g)
 100 g button mushrooms
 1 packet cherry tomatoes
 2 tbsp oil
 65 g fresh spinach
 400 g baked beans
 black pepper from a grinder
In addition:
 fresh bread
 boiled or fried eggs

Directions

Sauté the Beanit® chunks, halved mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach on a hot pan in oil for a few minutes. Add some black pepper from a grinder and add the baked beans. Heat the food for a few minutes, without stirring.

Serve some boiled or fried eggs and fresh bread with the fry-up.
