Cut potatoes and bell peppers into wedges. Remove the woody ends of the asparagus. Place the potato and bell pepper wedges, broccolini stalks, asparagus and Beanit® chunks onto the baking tray.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the olive oil, lemon zest, honey and spices. Drizzle the sauce onto the tray. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for around 15 minutes. Serve with hummus, for example.
